Chef Cody Buchholz
Cody Buchholz is a classically trained chef who began his culinary journey at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. After graduating, he honed his craft at two of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants—The French Laundry and The Restaurant at Meadowood—where he absorbed the precision, discipline, and artistry that define three-Michelin-star kitchens. Over the years, Cody has opened multiple restaurants and expanded his culinary education through immersive travels across Nepal, Thailand, and Western Europe, where he studied regional techniques, ingredients, and cultural traditions that now inform his globally inspired cuisine.

He takes pride in sourcing sustainable, seasonal products and transforming them into visually stunning dishes that are as flavorful as they are artful.
